Return & Refund Policy

All Oh Rossett products are individually made to order and customised overseas according to each customer’s approved design, size, colour, material and personalisation requirements.

Custom-Made Products

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect colour, size, wording or design details provided or approved by the customer

• Minor variations in colour, ribbon placement, shape or finish resulting from the handmade production process

• Slight colour differences caused by lighting, photography or screen settings

• Delays caused by international shipping, customs processing or circumstances outside our reasonable control

Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers are responsible for carefully checking all names, wording, colours, sizes, materials and design details before approving an order.

Once the design has been approved and production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled. Payments and deposits are non-refundable after production begins.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or substantially different from the approved order, please contact Emma within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your name and order details

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

• A description of the problem

Please retain all original packaging while your claim is being assessed.

Where required under applicable consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.

Handmade Product Variations

Every Oh Rossett product is handmade. Small differences in ribbon folds, decorative placement, measurements and colour are part of the handmade character of each piece and are not normally considered faults.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Production begins after full payment has been received and all design details have been approved.

Estimated production time: 3–7 days

Delivery Time

Estimated shipping time after production is completed:

• Standard delivery areas: 7–12 days

• Remote and regional areas: 12–21 days

The total estimated time from payment to delivery is:

• Standard delivery areas: approximately 10–19 days

• Remote and regional areas: approximately 15–28 days
